Overview

Walsh is currently seeking a Quality Coordinator to work out of our Corporate Office in Chicago, IL or out of our Regional Office in Atlanta, GA. 

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for curating documents to enhance the company's lesson sharing and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure information is properly catalogued and curated
  • Updating of templates, examples, and procedures based on shared best practices
  • Studies document management systems to develop best practice trainings
  • Develop standard operating procedures, bulletins, and other documents lesson sharing documents. 
  • Conduct trainings and provide troubleshooting support on document management and lesson sharing systems
  • Monitor and analyze usage data to identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective communication of company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist with BI Dashboards and some analyst work.
  • Other duties as requested. 

Qualifications

  • Previous document control experience and process improvement processes is helpful 
  • Some general construction knowledge is helpful.
  • Self-starter who thrives with periodic change.
  • Self-educator, and learns from experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer savvy with experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint.
