Overview

Archer Western a member of The Walsh Group is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Florida Transportation Group, located in Miami, FL.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to a Project, Regional or Service Group office. Construction office assistants provide customer service and support to the project team, as well as other vendors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

  • Will be assigned as the Jobsite Ethics and Compliance Representative.
    • Will work directly with the Regional Ethics and Compliance Officer.
    • Responsible for maintaining all OFCCP requirements and job board.
    • Project point of contact for reviews and audits.
    • Project point of contact for complaints and investigations.
  • Will support project HR and Payroll duties.
    • Data Entry and Reporting
    • Processing Paperwork  
    • Working in HCSS (payroll system).
    • Working in Workday (HR, Recruiting, and Learning system).
  • Provides general administrative support to all departments; duties may include following:
    • Maintenance of SharePoint sites and/or a document library
    • Tracking department certifications and other administrative duties as assigned.
    • May perform basic internet research, compile lists, and gather information from other departments.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associates degree or some administrative training is a plus
  • Experience in HCSS systems a plus
  • Experience in Workday systems a plus
  • Knowledge of OFCCP and certified payroll
  • 5 years of experience in an office setting
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take direction and prioritize responsibilities
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion at all times
  • Proficient with MS Office Programs
