Walsh is currently seeking a Project Admin Assistant for our Operations Division at the Crenshaw / LAX Corridor Project in Los Angeles, CA.

The Project Admin Assistant for a construction office provides customer service and support to the project team, as well as other vendors and subcontractors.

  • Answers phones
  • Monitors office inventory
  • Ships materials
  • Payroll & A/P processing
  • Contract management
  • Creates and maintains filing system containing confidential documents
  • Updates jobsite notices, hiring packets, safety logs, and contracts
  • Schedules meetings


  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in an office setting
  • Proficient with MS Office Programs 
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with filing systems
  • Experience with data entry
  • Payroll software experience is a plus
  • Strong follow up skills
  • Self-motivated
