Responsibilities

 

Estimating

  • Organize Bid Documents
  • Track and Maintain Prequals with Agencies
  • Assist with Preparation of Prequal Submissions
  • Print and Distribution Weekly Production Reports

Office Administration

  • Compile and Submit Regional Expense Reports
  • Coordinate and Schedule Office Meetings
  • Book Travel Plans Manage Schedule for Management Staff
  • Process Daily Office Mail
  • Order Regional Office Supplies
  • Maintain Regional Vehicle List with Equipment Manager

Payroll

  • Assist with New Hire Process
  • Print Union Stamps
  • Collect and Organize Subcontractor Certified Payrolls
  • Support Payroll with Weekly Timesheet Collection and Entry
  • Process Employee Transfer Forms

Contract Administration

  • Create and Track Subcontracts and Change Orders
  • Implement Document Controls on Projects
  • Update Subcontractor Compliance

 

 

Qualifications

  • Business or Construction Degree Preferred
  • 2+ Years Experience in Construction or Office Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of CMIC
  • Strong Organization and Communication Skills
