    Walsh is currently seeking a Project Administrative Assistant for the Norwood, MA Regional Office.

    • Organize Bid Documents
    • Track and Maintain Prequals with Multiple Agencies
    • Preparation of Prequal Submissions
    • Distribute Weekly Production Reports
    • Create and Track Subcontracts and Change Orders
    • Implement Document Controls on Projects
    • Update Subcontractor Compliance

    Office Administration

    • Compile and Submit Regional Expense Reports
    • Coordinate and Schedule Office Meetings
    • Book Travel Plans Manage Schedule for Management Staff
    • Process Daily Office Mail
    • Order Regional Office Supplies
    • Maintain Regional Vehicle List with Equipment Manager

    Contract Administration

    • Create and Track Subcontracts and Change Orders
    • Implement Document Controls on Projects


    • Business or Construction Degree Preferred
    • 2+ Years Experience in Construction Administration
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge of CMIC
    • Strong Organization and Communication Skills
