Overview

Archer Western is currently seeking a Marketing Intern for our Arizona Regional office in Phoenix.

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist team to ensure all projects and events are completed on time and on budget
  • Monitor marketing calendar and scheduled deliverables
  • Help to organize and manage internal/employee communications campaign
  • Assist with event-related marketing campaigns
  • Collaborates with internal departments on project and assignments
  • Organizing marketing materials and collateral to assist in streamlining the proposal process
  • Proofreading and editing of proposal and other marketing content
  • General administrative support and coordination of marketing initiatives

Qualifications

 

  • Ability to work at the Phoenix Office location (located in West Valley)
  • Ability to work at least 12 weeks (start and end dates can be flexible)
  • College-level coursework related to marketing, communications or other related technical field
  • Desire to learn more about marketing in the A/E/C industry
  • Pro-active and self-starting with a desire to learn new skills
  • Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, often with short deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Desirable: knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
