    Responsibilities

    • Leading transition planning and execution
    • Able to effectively communicate and closely coordinate work across a multi-disciplinary design-build team
    • Identifying and coordinate occupancy milestones with project team to ensure seamless customer transitions
    • Schedule understanding and integrating key transition activities into project schedule. 
    • Detailed implementation planning and move sequencing
    • Developing and managing master move schedules, departmental activity schedules, training schedules, departmental move spreadsheets, testing and certification schedules, move logistics plans, and departmental move guides. 
    • Development of orientation plans to ensure staff familiarity with both temporary conditions and new site/location
    • Experience with a variety of inpatient and outpatient services and patient care systems
    • Managing relocation teams/movers
    • Lessons learned documentation and post-move cleanup
    • Working multiple projects simultaneously 

    Qualifications

    • 7 years experience in transition planning and relocation services on multi-phased healthcare projects
    • Travel: As dictated by project requirements (for planning and during phased transitions)
    • Experience with Air Force Medical Support Agency integrated Design Build Initial Outfit Program is preferred but not required.
