    Walsh is currently seeking a Document Control Team Manager for the LaGuardia Project in New York, NY.

    • Ensure all construction documents are accurate and stored in appropriate systems
    • Work closely with the project leadership on all aspects of project schedule, document management and delivery
    • Carry out document control action plan
    • Ensure consistency in document management procedures across the project
    • Develops strategy that supports necessary document controls
    • Maintains daily logs
    • Prepare forecasted cost reports
    • Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and claims
    • Manage and develop the Document Control team of approximately 5 people
    • Perform training on systems and processes
    • Set up project workflows to ensure proper information flow






    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • 5 years of experience; construction office experience preferred 
    • Must be proficient in relevant computer applications including Microsoft Excel and Word and other Office products
    • Proficient in CMIC software
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Must possess a general knowledge of document control procedures
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
