Archer Western a member of The Walsh Group is currently seeking a Project Payroll Coordinator for the Signature Bridge Project located in Miami, FL.

• Coordinating and processing all layoff/termination requests

• Ensure craft workers are paid in accordance with union agreements

• Check timesheets against payroll system printout of accuracy

• Assist Compliance Manager with additional tasks as needed

The team is looking for someone with the rights skills and attitude. Diverse experiences will be considered, but some possible relevant experience and skills includes:

• A college degree in accounting/business administration is desired, but equivalent experience in these fields will be considered

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, communicating with all level in the organization

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of union contracts and regulations

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment and work overtime as needed
