The Walsh Group is currently seeking an On-Site Occupational Registered Nurse to support our Healthcare Building Division on the Ohio State project located in Columbus, Ohio.

  • Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations
  • Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to medical protocols
  • Manage follow-up care to maintain continuity if care and assess for improvement or lack of improvement
  • Collaborate and communicate with Safety Professionals injury/illness assessment and plan of care
  • Manage and document injuries and illnesses according to set procedures and policies
  • Provide evidence based education to employees related to injuries/illnesses
  • Case management
  • Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
  • Manage pre-employment and random drug screens per jobsite policy
  • Report all injuries/illnesses as outlined in policy to appropriate supervisor(s)
  • Report all injuries/illnesses taken offsite to CCIP workman’s compensation provider to manage claims
  • Build and maintain internal team relationships
  • Administer vaccinations as needed (tetanus, hepatitis, flu vaccine, etc.)
  • General administrative duties


Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited university/college
  • Valid non-restricted licensure in state of employment
  • Minimum of 3 years of nurse-to-patient experience, preferably in emergency medicine or critical care

Required/Preferred Skills:

  • BLS required, instructor a plus
  • ACLS recommended
  • TNCC recommended
  • CEN or COHN recommended
  • Must have strong computer skills
