The Talent Systems Analyst will be supporting the Organizational Development and Recruiting functions, and contribute to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the employee life cycle process. The main duties are as follows:

• Assists in managing company data for the Performance Management (SuccessFactors) and Applicant Tracking (iCIMS) Systems 
• Trouble-shoots and tests activities for both SuccessFactors and iCIMS.
• Manages the tracking of employee training in our Learning Management System (Success Factors) 
• Manages and processes employee reports (hiring, onboarding, 90 day touch-back, and termination reports) 
• Manages and creates employee engagement, touchback and exit surveys (Qualtrics survey) 
• Conducts training on ATS, Performance Management, and LMS as needed. Creates user manuals to go along with training. 
• Creates modifications as needed to software platforms & systems.
• Troubleshoot system-wide issues.
• Work with legal compliance personnel to ensure full utilization of services 
• Manage the database of past applicants to mine potential candidates for our current needs.
• Investigate and lead company efforts into the establishment of best practices 
• Other duties that arise 

• Bachelors degree 
• 1+ years of experience in a role in HR, project, or program coordination, or a role involving SuccessFactors data or iCIMS management
• General knowledge of HR Management systems is a plus
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Ability to troubleshoot 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and demonstrate a high level of accuracy with an attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on work assignments
• Critical thinking skills 
• Ability to exercise discretion, initiative and good judgement
• Experience with SuccessFactors and iCIMS platforms are a plus
• Must be able to work in th office for set hours/regular schedule Monday-Friday
• This position requires Strictness in the Confidentiality of all employee data
