Walsh is currently seeking a Regional Trainer for the Southeast region to oversee the career development of project management employees in specified divisions, through training and mentoring. This position will be located in one of the Southeast Regional Offices, Florida or Georgia preferred.

  • Primary contact for assigned Vice Presidents and BGL's on divisional employee career and training issues.
  • Career support and guidance for project management employees
  • Career support and guidance for non-managers, as necessary
  • Leadership training for all managers
  • Project Management systems training for all managers, including all session planning and coordination that is required
  • Employee mentoring and/or coaching for new hires in operations positions
  • Employee mentoring, coaching and/or follow-up for non-operations positions, as necessary
  • Corporate training of all employees, excluding Safety topics, as necessary
  • Supports divisional recruiting events, when possible
  • Reporting responsibilities for career and training activities
  • Speaking at divisional meetings, to market and advertise career and training initiatives
  • Assists in development of new training initiatives and programs
  • Coordinates with other regional managers on training and development initiatives


  • Bachelors in Engineering or Construction Management preferred; Certified Professional in Learning and Performance preferred
  • 5 years of construction Project Management experience required
  • Regular travel required (20-30%)
  • Must commit to a 2 year rotation in order to qualify internally
