Archer Western a member of The Walsh Group is currently seeking a Regional Scheduler for the Southwest Water Division, the regional office is located in Phoenix, AZ. 

As a Regional Scheduler you will be responsible for the organization, implementation, verification and maintenance of the scheduling management system supporting regional pursuits and active projects.

• Lead the development of the bid schedule for hard bid projects. Update the bid schedule with the execution team if awarded the project.
• Lead the development of the preconstruction schedule for collaborative delivery projects in collaboration with the preconstruction team. Update the bid schedule with the execution team if awarded the construction contact.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of schedule updates with the project teams at internal and external meetings.
• Interact with project team and task managers to define scope of work to develop and update detailed pursuit schedules, cost, and resource information.

• Participate in conducting analysis/workshops to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on eroded schedules.

• 10+ yrs of heavy civil and/or water industry experience
• 5+ yrs of scheduling experience on projects $20M+
• Primavera P6 experience preferred
• Understand concepts of baseline schedule, progress schedule, recovered schedule, total float, critical path, predecessors, successors, near critical paths, float trending, percent complete, float ownership, and constraints
